Customers have 15 days to return the merchandise after receiving the product. Duffelbags.com will only issue refunds if the product is not as advertised, is the wrong item, or there are manufacture defects with the product. When an item is being returned and is not in the condition it was received by the customer, there will be a 15% restocking fee for repackaging. For example, if an item is returned in the box out of the plastic cover, folded incorrectly, plastic cover is torn, etc. Please make every effort to return the bag as received to avoid this 15% restocking fee.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Duffelbags.com will be extending the return policy for the Holidays. All purchases made from November 21st to December 26th will be eligible to be returned until January 14. Items must be returned in initial packaging to be eligible to receive a refund. Decorated items (embroidered and/or printed products), are not eligible to be returned.
