What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please contact us for international shipping.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Customers have 15 days to return the merchandise from the date of purchase. Duffelbags.com will only issue refunds if the product is not as advertised, is the wrong item, or there are manufacture defects with the product. Note: Due to the cost and time needed to repackage and ship wheeled bags, there will be a 15% restocking fee on all wheeled bags sold on Duffelbags.com. Items Sold on Clearance sale are non returnable and non refundable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
