Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

	Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
	Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
	Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
	Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

Domestic Shipping Charges:

Total Purchase of less than $25.00 = $6.95

Purchases from $25.01 to $100.00 = $7.50

Total Purchase of more than $100.00 = FREE

Our domestic shipping charges apply to the 48 mainland states only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all International shipments will incur different shipping charges. A sales representative will contact you with that amount after your order is received and prior to shipping your order.

We make every effort to ship your order the day after it is ordered using UPS Ground service. Should there be an issue or question regarding your order, we will contact you by phone or by email. Please be sure we have a daytime phone and email address in the event we need to contact you.

We ship from many warehouses in the US, but most of our goods come out of our warehouse in Houston, TX. We offer expedited shipping, including overnight and 2-day service, if you need bags in a hurry. Please call or email us with your special shipping request.

Transit Times: Generally speaking, both the east and west coast are 4-5 business days from Houston, as are the upper mid-west states like MI, IL, MN, etc. Closer states like CO, AZ, NM, AR, etc. are 2-3 days. HI, AK, PR will take longer.
